WHAT WE bELIEVE

GOD

We believe that there is only one true God the creator of earth and heaven and everything on and in, visible and invisible. (Deut 32:39; Isaiah 44:6-7; Ephesians 4:5-6; 1corinthians 8:5-6)

We believe that God is Omnipresent (Jeremiah 23:24; Proverb 15:13); He is Omnipotent (Rev 19:6; Isaiah 43:13; Daniel 4:35); He is Omniscient (Psalm 139:4; 147:5; Matt 10:30; Acts 1:24); He is Omni benevolent (Psalm 145:17; John 3:16; 1John 4:8, 16).

We believe in the Trinity that is, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit from whom all things came about in six days and for whom we live. All the Three are one and work together. (Genesis 1:26; 1Corithians 8:6; 2Corinthians 13:16; Isaiah 9:6; Matt 28:19; Matt 3:16-17; Colossians 1:15-17)

JESUS

We believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and also God who was physically born of the Virgin Mary through the power and influence of the Holy Spirit according to the ancient prophecies and the New Testament Scriptures.

(Genesis 22:18; Number 24:17; Isaiah 7:14; Isaiah 11:1; Jeremiah 23: 5-6; Matt 1:18-25)

The Bible

We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and the only infallible authority.

(2Timothy 3:16-17; 1Corithians 2:13; Matt 22:43-44; 2Peter 1:21; 2Kings 17:13-14)

HOLY SPIRIT

We believe that the Holy Spirit is God and believe in His convicting power which reveals sin in men and causes men to repent and draw back to Christ and attain new and right direction in life. (John 16:8-9)

We believe that we have all sinned and fall short of God’s Glory and therefore need a saviour. (Romans 3:23)

We believe that the spiritual renewal by the Holy Spirit is essential for personal salvation.

We believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for him. (Acts 2:4)

WE BELIEVE

In water baptism by immersion as guided by scriptures. (Matt 3:16; Acts 8:38; John 3:23)

That all mankind was created in God’s image. (Genesis 1:26)

That we have been commanded to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple people from every nation. (Matt 28:19)

That we are saved by God’s grace and not by works. Salvation is just a gift from God to men. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

That as believers in Christ we are different parts of one body irrespective of Race, Ethnicity, Location, etc.

MISSION STATEMENT: To encourage and restore the lost hope of Christ in the people of God in order to get back on board with Christ and grow into mature and strong witnesses of Christ.
